Tennis Hereford was set up to inspire and teach people of all ages to play the healthy lifelong sport of tennis. Tennis can be played from as young as 4 years old right through to 94! Unlike most other sports, you can play tennis with the whole family, whatever age, whatever ability – it’s about having fun. Our mission is to get more and more children and adults playing this great sport.

TENNIS HEREFORD has over twenty years’ experience in coaching.
We are a team of qualified and DBS approved coaches and assistants with a variety of coaching specialities to help players to reach their full potential.
We specialise in a wide variety of tennis coaching to suit complete beginners right through to players of a national standard.
Operating within Herefordshire and Worcestershire, TENNIS HEREFORD runs a unique and flexible coaching service ranging from clubs, schools, leisure centres, public and private courts and tennis academies. This vast coaching portfolio allows us to provide a service to cater for all our customers’ needs.
In addition to this, TENNIS HEREFORD runs an all-year-round coaching programme through various venues within Herefordshire and Worcestershire, allowing participants to select a programme near them.
To participate in any Tennis Hereford coaching at Hereford Squash Tennis and Racketball Centre, an active club membership with HSTRC must be held. Please follow the link for details.
TENNIS HEREFORD operates within strict LTA guidelines and regulations, with health and safety and safeguarding a priority. Copies of our policies are available.

Andrew Griffiths

DIRECTOR
A Cardiff Metropolitan University sports graduate, Andrew began coaching tennis 20 years ago and has helped hundreds of children and adults learn the sport and even go on to compete at national level. Andrew now runs Tennis Hereford with a team of highly experienced coaches.
Callum Treasurer
SENIOR
Coach
Callum began playing tennis when he was just 7 years old and is now a level 2 qualified tennis coach and twice Men’s County Champion. Callum continues to play at both regional and national level alongside his coaching profession.
Ross Eddy
SENIOR
Coach
Ross started his tennis career at the age of 12 and reached his level 3 in tennis coaching through the LTA. Ross specialises in teaching children and has gained further qualifications in coaching kids tennis.
